Briefly, the programme seems to have gone in several phases for me with stage 1 being getting comfortable touching and being around food. Stage 2 is beginning to lick, chew and taste food as a natural reaction to the hunger. I had a check in the box for this during week 2. The third stage is when I got very hungry and realised eating actually satisfies my hunger. Well, Sunday evening I think stage 3 started to happen. I am now shouting to be fed and open my mouth in anticipation of any food. On Monday night I ate a lot and am trying to take the spoon to feed myself. I am even starting to lick the plates clean. This is great news and I am looking forward to the next stage which is stabilising my weight. Mum and Dad are delighted with my progress.
